Joyce Lambert is a concerned and active resident the Philadelphia and Delaware County communities. She grew up in Philadelphia and was educated in the Philadelphia Public School system and also attended Pierce College in Philadelphia.

Joyce is a Resource Specialist and Senior Health Advocate and the owner of Lighthouse Resource Services. The goal of this business is to provide life enhancing information, assistance, resources and support to improve the quality of life for senior citizens, individuals and families.

In August 2009 Joyce retired from the management division of Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after 35 years of dedicated service. She worked in the areas of National Accounts, Claims, Customer Service and Business Systems. Joyce has also volunteered as a mentor with the Temple University Experience Corps organization in the Philadelphia Elementary School System.

Joyce is an ordained Elder in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and has also attended Community College of Philadelphia and completed a course in Faith and Spiritual Based Counseling

Joyce is also a mother and grandmother. She is concerned and dedicated to improving the literacy, comprehension and educational level of children of all ages.

Joyce is a firm believer that every success in life comes from striving to be obedient to God’s Word and His Will.
