A multi-day retreat for young men and boys that pairs mentorship with practical life preparation. Participants build leadership, confidence, and discipline through workshops in financial literacy, etiquette, tool use, chess, grilling, sports, emotional intelligence, and AI readiness.

The L.I.F.E. Program

The L.I.F.E. Program belongs here as a program, not as a blog post. Its earlier archived framing was explicitly about entrepreneurship, college and career readiness, and exposing students to business ownership.The L.I.F.E. Program, short for the Lambert Institute for Entrepreneurship, introduces young people to ownership, innovation, leadership, and real-world problem solving. Through mentorship, exposure to working professionals, and hands-on business thinking, participants learn to see themselves not only as consumers of opportunity, but as creators of it.
